PRINTSHOP by We Do

1. Acceptance Of Terms

By using the services provided by PRINTSHOP by We Do, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

2. Quotes For Ordering Process

  1. You may place orders in person or via email. All orders are subject to acceptance by PRINTSHOP by We Do.
  2. Once an order is processed, changes or cancellations may be subject to additional fees.
  3. All quotes are processed via email. Any verbal or text quotes may not be honored.

3. Payment

  1. Payment is required in full before the commencement of any printing job.
  2. We accept payments through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, ACH Bank Transfer, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Cashapp. 
  3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Turnaround Time

  1. Turnaround time is an estimate unless otherwise guaranteed. The time starts from the date of payment confirmation and approval of the related artwork. 
  2. PRINTSHOP by We Do is not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as equipment malfunctions, shipping issues, or force majeure events.

5. Artwork and Design

  1. You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork. PRINTSHOP by We Do is not liable for errors in your artwork including, but not limited to,  typographical errors, resolution errors, or size errors. 
  2. We do offer design services which are subject to additional charges, including adjustments to artwork if not print-ready. 

6. Proofing

  1. It is your responsibility to review and approve the proof before printing to ensure timely production. 
  2. PRINTSHOP by We Do is not responsible for errors overlooked during the proofing process.

7. Quality Control

  1. We strive to deliver high-quality prints, but slight color variations may occur due to technical reasons. 
  2. In the case of defective prints, PRINTSHOP by We Do may offer a reprint or refund at its discretion.

8. Delivery and Shipping

  1. Delivery and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless included in the initial quote. 
  2. PRINTSHOP by We Do is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once they leave our facility.

9. Returns and Refunds

  1. Not all orders are eligible for returns or refunds. Please refer to the detailed refund policy on our website. 

10. Intellectual Property

  1. You warrant that you have the right to use any provided artwork and PRINTSHOP by We Do will not be held liable in case of any copyright or trademark infringement claims. 
  2. PRINTSHOP by We Do retains the right to use images of completed prints for promotional purposes.

11. Privacy Policy

  1. We collect and store personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York State.
